Ricardo has broad experience in Corporate Law, specializing in Banking and Finance, M&A and Real Estate. He has also specialized in Project Finance, Labor, Intellectual Property, Compliance and Restructures. Apart from the above, he has solid skills regarding negotiation and regulatory matters. Some of these matters include governmental affairs and business development.
Ricardo holds a law degree from Universidad Anáhuac México, a specialization degree in Banking and Finance Law at Universidad Panamericana, Management postgraduate studies at Yale University, an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law, and an MBA at Boston University Questrom School of Business. He was research assistant to Emeritus Researcher Dr. Luis Rafael Moreno González, at the National Institute of Criminal Sciences (INACIPE). He has lectured at Universidad Anáhuac México the course of International Financial Law and is currently Professor of Legal English at such University.
He has the appointment of Associate Researcher at the Law School of the Universidad Anáhuac México, where his scholarly research interests involve the regulatory framework of companies, as well as the services of financial institutions in Mexico and abroad.
