Ricardo has specialized in constitutional law, amparo proceedings, and the inter-American human rights system. He is a professor of constitutional law at National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He has wide experience in advising, consulting and litigation in administrative law, constitutional law and amparo lawsuit.
He has participated as a speaker at national and international congresses and conferences in Argentina, Chile, Spain, the United States, Mexico and South Korea, on constitutional law, public administration, public policies, accountability, judicial system and transparency.
Ricardo holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Anáhuac México, a specialization degree in Constitutional Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and is a Doctor of Law from the Institute of Legal Research of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (IIJUNAM).
Experience
- Advised and represented clients in different legal strategies, to back up their investments through a solid legal infrastructure regarding labor contractual relationship individually and with unions.
- Advised and represented clients in direct and indirect amparo proceedings before the Federal Judicial Power.
- Advised and designed legal strategies to represent clients in the different means of constitutional control, which are processed before the Mexican Supreme Court, the highest court in Mexico.
- Advised and represented clients in administrative proceedings and trials that are processed in different levels of the federal public administration and the Federal Administrative Court of Justice.
- Represented national and international companies, designing and presenting applicable evidence in labor and social security inspections.
